- All digital product sales are final.
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once a product has been delivered.
Music Downloads and Albums
- Refunds are not available after download or access has been provided.
Memberships
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.
Physical Products
- We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers must contact us before returning any product.
